Mama Dani Organization

We are a small-scale organization that is committed to underprivileged children in Tanzania. In collaboration with the Sisi Sote Foundation, we run a shelter in Iringa where 7 former street children can live and where they receive home education. In addition, the children learn life skills in preparation for their independence. Our other projects include feeding street children, organizing dance and sports activities for other underprivileged children (including at a school for the deaf) and guiding extremely poor families in the town of Mbeya. For each family, we have carefully identified their specific problems and helped them with long-term goals so that one day they will be able to provide a better life for themselves.
