Who are we?

ShopWeDo e-fulfilment takes care of the logistics for more than 150 - mainly Belgian and Dutch - web stores. As soon as you press the order button at home, we go to work. Every day we ship thousands of packages. That makes it very likely that you have unknowingly received a package that was packed and shipped by us.

In our warehouse of more than 9000 m², man and robot work closely together to pack and ship your packages as quickly as possible. Fashion, beer, chocolate, food supplements, gadgets, you name it, we ship it.
For this we rely on PostNL, Bpost, UPS, DPD, DHL, GLS, etc.

What do you see with us?

For the connoisseurs among you, concretely, you will see the following when you stop by:

• Our innovative Autostore storage system. A spectacular stack of 25 000 bins above which our robots drive to order products to bring them to our order pickers. They place the delivered products on a rack and then it is the turn of MiRanda and her colleagues.
• MiRanda makes her way - like the robot vacuum cleaner in your home - among our other employees and brings the rack with the goods to our automated packing machines, the Jivaro's. The Jivaro automatically packs our goods, this is efficient, but most importantly very durable!
• The Jivaro adjusts the box height depending on the products being shipped, thus reducing the amount of air sent to an absolute minimum. This way the boxes take up less space during transport and less padding material is needed. What makes our Jivaro even more fantastic is that it can also personalize each box. This way you get a package delivered to your home that is completely tailored to your needs!
• Everything is controlled seamlessly by state-of-the-art software. You get a login to our portal where you can link your webshop and monitor everything in real time. We have links to Shopify, Woocommerce, Shopware, SAP, Magento, Lightspeed, BOL, Amazon, Episerver, Exact, CCV, Wix, Odoo, Squarespace, .....
